RMTs assess and treat physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints of the body, mostly by hands-­on manipulation.  Assessment and treatment can include orthopedic and neurological testing, soft tissue manipulation, hydrotherapy, remedial exercise programs and client education programs.

Your first massage appointment starts with you and your therapist reviewing your medical history, injuries, conditions, areas of concern, massage preferences, and goals.

Your mobile massage therapist will work on those areas to help address your concerns and keep some ongoing communication going throughout the session to ensure the massage is exactly to your liking.

Most health insurance plans cover mobile registered massage therapy, so take advantage of your benefits to maintain optimal health, in the safety and comfort of your own home.

Every receipt includes the practitioner's provincial registration number, so you can confidently submit a claim through your private insurance plan for your appointments

That said, every insurance plan is different so we encourage you to speak to your insurance provider to confirm coverage.

Most extended insurance plans cover registered massage therapy, including mobile massage appointments that take place in your home or office.

After your appointment is completed, all receipts and other documentation that may be required by your insurance company, will be emailed to you.

We provide a variety of types of mobile RMT massage including but not limited to: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Relaxation, Sports, Prenatal, and some Lymphatic Drainage mobile massage.

Massage therapy is appropriate for patients of all ages, however for certain health conditions, massage might not be beneficial.

That’s completely up to you and we leave that between you and your massage therapist.

Our mobile massage therapists will bring the massage table and oil/lotion.  All you need to prepare is a couple of bedsheets to cover the table and yourself, one or two pillows and some space for the massage table.

HealthCasa accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Mastercard Debit cards. Once your appointment is booked, our administrative team will call you to add your payment information  to your secure patient profile.  This can be used for any future appointments.  Your card is charged AFTER your appointment is complete, at which point you’re automatically emailed a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance.

We only do back-to-back massages.

Absolutely.  Just submit a request HERE and provide the hotel’s address.Please note that patients are responsible for any extra parking charges

Yes.  Depending on the circumstances we can provide massages for groups..

You bet!  These events are better suited for chair massages with our chair massage therapists as opposed to RMT table massages, due to a variety of factors.
