With COVID-19 all over the news, we wanted to weigh in on this important topic and provide some tips on how to protect yourself while still doing everything you need to do.
Here’s a list of some common tips to protect yourself and others:
1. Take care of yourself:
Wash your hands frequently.
Cover your nose and mouth if you have to sneeze or cough.
Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.
Avoid people who are sick, and of course, stay home if you are sick.
2. Stay informed:
The CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO) are continually updating their sites with the latest information about travel warnings, new outbreaks, and disease developments.
3. Find safer alternatives:
We live very connected lives and almost any product or service can be had either by delivery or virtually.
Here’s a list of some great health and wellness services that we recommend (many of which we have used personally), including our own, to help you stay safe in the comfort of your own home or office:

Make better use of your time, but more importantly avoid crowded waiting rooms and other sick people.

The Peloton app gives you access to thousands of industry-leading cycling, running, strength, toning, yoga and meditation. classes led by top tier instructors….in the comfort of your own home.
